Episode of Care means a period of continuous hospital treatment, including readmission within a seven
Continuum of care means a full range of economic, physical, psychological, social and support programs and services necessary to maintain or restore older individuals to their optimal environment.
Level of Care means the range of available services provided from the most integrated setting to the most restrictive and most intensive in an inpatient setting.
Standard of Care has the meaning set forth in Section 6(A) of the Agreement.
Continuity of Care means care provided to a Member by the same PCP or specialty provider to ensure that the delivery of care to the Member remains stable, and services are consistent and unduplicated. Contract or Agreement means this formal, written, and legally enforceable contract and amendments thereto between the Parties. Contract Period or Contract Term means the Initial Contract Period plus any and all Contract extensions.
Plan of care means a written document developed for each individual by the support team using a person-centered approach that describes the supports, services, and resources provided or accessed to address the needs of the individual.
Respite care means care anticipated to be provided for a period of 28 days or less for the purpose of temporarily relieving a family member or other caregiver from his or her daily caregiv- ing duties.
Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.
System of care means the coordination of a system of services and supports to individuals and their families that ensures they optimally live, work, and recreate in integrated communities of their choice.
Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.
Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.
Shelter care means the temporary care of children in physically unrestricting facilities.
Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
Container station and depot services means activities consisting in storing containers, whether in port areas or inland, with a view to their stuffing/stripping, repairing and making them available for shipments.
Night care means any care that is offered by a licensed group child care center between 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Post-Stabilization Care means Medically Neces- sary services received after the treating physician determines the emergency medical condition is stabilized.
Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
Pharmacy care means medications prescribed by a licensed physician and any health-related services considered medically necessary to determine the need or effectiveness of the medications.
Post Stabilization Services means covered services related to an emergency medical or behavioral health condition provided after the condition is stabilized.
Conditions of Carriage means these conditions of carriage.
Home care means care and treatment of an insured under a plan of care established, approved in writing and reviewed at least every 2 months by the attending physician, unless the attend- ing physician determines that a longer interval between reviews is sufficient, and consisting of one or more of the following:

If this is an Absolute Sale, the high bidder shall be the Purchaser. If this is a Reserve sale the seller may accept or reject the high bidder, however; if the bid exceeds the predetermined Reserve Price the auction will become an Absolute auction and will be sold to the high bidder. In the event of a dispute between bidders the Auctioneer in its discretion may determine the successful bidder or re-offer the property for sale. By bidding at an auction, whether present or by agent, by written bid or otherwise, bidders shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts of the State of Maryland. If property is tenant occupied, the property will be sold subject to the existing tenant in dwelling. Broker Participation Invited: A 2.5% buyer broker commission, before the inclusion of the Buyer’s Premium, will be paid to brokers who represent a purchaser on any auction property. The Buyer’s Premium is based on only the Bid Price of each auction sale. In order to be paid a commission, the buyer broker must do the following: ►Register clients at least 48 hours prior to auction on xxx.XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx ►Accompany client to auction sale ►Review the “terms and conditions of sale” with each client you represent Each step must be completed. If any of these steps have been omitted, the broker will not be paid a commission. There will be no exceptions. Bidders will be required to acknowledge buyer broker relationship as they register at the sale. By bidding, each bidder and buyer broker agree to indemnify and hold harmless seller and auctioneer for any and all claims for compensation made by any person or entity in connection with the auction. TITLE: All properties will be sold with free and clear title. All properties are being sold subject to any ground rent of record. In the event there is an error in the advertised ground rent or the contract states “Fee Simple”, the Buyer shall take title with the existing ground rent of record and there shall not be a monetary penalty to the seller. SAMPLE In the event, there is an error regarding fee simple or ground rent in the chain of title including deeds, the Buyer shall take title with the existing ground rent of record and there shall not be a monetary penalty to the seller. In event of a ground rent escrow, the title company or settlement company agrees not to charge an escrow holding fee to the seller. If the Trustee/ Seller is unable to convey good and marketable title, the purchaser's sole remedy in law or equity shall be limited to the refund of the deposit. Upon refund of the deposit this sale shall be null and void and of no effect, and the purchaser shall have no further claim against the Trustee/ Seller or Auctioneers.
