Eligibility for the Program. ● Aspiration or Coastal may, in their sole discretion, establish eligibility criteria for the Program. ● The Priority List of available Banks into which your funds may be deposited are available through the Online Services at Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx or by contacting us at 0-000-000-0000. Aspiration may deposit your funds into any of the Banks listed on the Priority List, in any order, with the exception of Banks the customer has requested to be ineligible to receive funds. You should review the Priority List carefully. ● The Priority List will designate an Excess Bank, which will accept your funds without limit and without regard to the FDIC insurance limit if all Banks on the Priority List have received funds up to the Deposit Limit or if Aspiration is unable to place additional funds at a specific Bank. ● You may not change the order of the Banks on the Priority List. However, you may at any time designate a Bank, except as noted below, as ineligible to receive your funds. You may contact us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx or 000-000-0000 for the Priority List specific to your account. You may also contact us to inform us of any banks you would like excluded from this list for your balances. This will result in your funds being deposited into Deposit Accounts at other Bank(s) on the Priority List. In addition, you may at any time instruct us to remove your funds from a Bank and designate the Bank as ineligible to receive future deposits. You cannot exclude Coastal Community Bank from your Priority List, and at least one Excess Bank must remain eligible to receive your funds. Aspiration’s Program Banks have formally committed, through a depository attestation, that customer deposits will not be used for lending to oil and gas exploration, production or transportation. ● The Priority List of Banks will include one or more Excess Banks that will accept your funds without limit and without regard to the Maximum FDIC Insurance Amount if all Program Banks on the Priority List have received funds up to the Applicable Deposit Limit. You may only access your Cash Balance through your Aspiration Account. You cannot access or withdraw the Cash Balance by directly contacting the Priority List of Banks. Eligibility for the Program. For the purposes of this Article, an eligible retired member is one who is retired under PERS, pursuant to Article 22, Sections (j), (k), and (l). For the purposes of the below listed Medicare-coordinated group health insurance plan, those members who have retired on or after July 1, 1999, and who were hired before January 1, 2015, are eligible to participate in the Program per the provisions outlined below. Based on negotiations with the City, retired members at Medicare eligible age and older are required to enroll in Medicare Part A and Part B to participate in the City of Reno’s group health insurance plans. For those eligible members who are not listed in the MOU 30, attached to this article, and who choose not to enroll in Medicare Part A or Part B when they become eligible to do so the City shall not be required to pay any penalty incurred by the member for their failure to enroll in Part A or Part B coverage except as follows:
Eligibility for the Program. Students interested in the Program must successfully complete the pre-optometry curriculum (Attachment C to this Agreement) with a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or better. Such students must also attain satisfactory scores on the Optometry Admissions Test and otherwise qualify for admission to ICO.
Eligibility for the Program. To participate in the Program, You must:
a. Be a residential customer of Liberty;
b. Have and maintain reliable Internet access;
c. Be the owner of the Home, or receive the homeowner’s signed consent to this Agreement;

Subrecipient hereby certifies that it has the authority and approval from its governing body or officials to execute this Agreement and receive Program Funds for eligible uses specified under this Agreement. The VILLAGE OF HOMEWOOD shall act as a subrecipient and, on behalf of the County, make Program Funds available to designated program participants within Cook County. Fund usage must fall into one of the following statutory categories: • To respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency or its negative economic impacts; • To respond to workers performing essential work during the COVID-19 public health emergency by providing premium pay to eligible workers of the recipient that are performing such essential work, or by providing grants to eligible employers that have eligible workers who perform essential work; • For the provision of government services, to the extent of the reduction in revenue of such recipient due to the COVID–19 public health emergency, relative to revenues collected in the most recent full fiscal year of the recipient prior to the emergency; or • To make necessary investments in water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure.
Eligibility for the Program. 2.1 Male and female students will be selected by the Lebanese American University (XXX) and the MEPI TL from the pool of students recommended by AMIDEAST.
2.2 Selected students should have good academic standing, adequate knowledge of the English language, a proven record of accomplishment in extracurricular activities and/or community service, good communication skills, and leadership potential.

However, you must meet the Program requirements to participate and earn a statement credit including: (a) your Card must be active and in good standing at the time any statement credit is applied to your checking account; (b) you have enrolled in North Shore Banks retail online banking service; (c) you meet the terms and conditions established by a Participating Merchant on an Offer; (d) you continue to satisfy all eligibility criteria that we establish for the Program; and (e) the card cannot be an ATM only card or a Health Savings Account card.
