Purchase Order Lead Time definition

Purchase Order Lead Time means the required minimum amount of time between IBM's receipt of the purchase order issued by Customer and the requested shipment date necessary to accommodate manufacturing cycle time.

Purchase Order Lead Time. The required minimum amount of time between Supplier's receipt of a Purchase Order issued by Buyer and the requested Shipment Date necessary to complete Seller's entire manufacturing cycle time, including Front End Manufacturing Cycle Time and Back End Manufacturing Cycle Time.
