Purchased Device definition

Purchased Device means a Device you purchase from us. Purchased Equipment means any Equipment you purchase from us. Regulator means any relevant Government agency or regulatory authority. Rented Equipment means Our Equipment that we rent to you as part of the Services and includes Equipment provided for managed WAN optimization and rented routers. Roaming means your calls or access to mobile telecommunications services using a network (in or outside Australia) other than our nominated Provider's mobile network.

Purchased Device means wireless point of sale device that have been purchased by the Agency for this project.

Examples of Purchased Device in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of each Purchased Device, you will examine each Device, and unless you notify Broadvoice within five business days of your receipt of said Device to any issue with a Purchased Device, each Device is deemed to be in good working order at the time of receipt.

  • The date of repair or replacement must be within the Period applicable to the Purchased Device.

  • In addition, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller (on behalf of itself and its affiliates) hereby grants to Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable license to research, develop, make use, sell, offer for sale, import, commercialize and otherwise fully exploit the Purchased Device (and any modification, variation, revision, enhancement or other improvement to the Purchased Device, including any new or expanded uses for the Purchased Device).

  • Each Purchased Device and Leased Device is a "Device." The Device may be encrypted by the Company with a password to prevent theft, misuse, inventory control and certain contract protections, and, Subscriber shall not disable or remove that password.
