Our Equipment means equipment which we loan or rent to you together with any cabling or other ancillary items provided with it. For clarity, it does not include equipment you purchase from us by instalment payments or otherwise.

• Upon receiving written notice from Us, You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.

• We are not liable to You or any third party for any loss in connection with use of Our Equipment or Service or any failure of Our Equipment or Service.

More Definitions of Our Equipment

Our Equipment means any equipment and facilities (including without limitation Counters and Baggage Handling System [BHS]/ In-Line Hold Baggage System [ILHBS]) owned by us or supplied by us under these Conditions of Use but do not include the equipment or facilities supplied by the airlines or aircraft operator or a third party.

Our Equipment means any equipment, systems, cabling or facilities which are owned by Us or licensed to Us and used directly or indirectly in the supply of the Cloud and Managed Services
