Our Equipment definition

Our Equipment means any equipment and facilities (including without limitation Counters and BHS) owned by us or supplied by us under these Conditions of Use but do not include the equipment or facilities supplied by the airlines or aircraft operator or a third party.

Examples of Our Equipment in a sentence

  • If Your insurance is cancelled or sustains a material change that reduces coverage below Our requirements indicated in sections 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of this Agreement, You must return Our Equipment prior to the cancellation or material change.

  • If requested by us, you must provide to us the training records of all of your employees and agents who use Our Equipment.

  • Upon receiving written notice from Us, You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.

  • In the event of seizure or detention by any receiver, administrative receiver, sheriff, liquidator or statutory body or the equivalent in any jurisdiction We will continue to charge You the full hire charge until We are able to recover Our Equipment.

  • In addition to exercising any other rights under law, We may suspend or terminate Service upon Your failure pay Us amounts owed as due, subject to any grace periods, a material breach of this Agreement, use of the Service in such a way as to cause damage to or degradation of Our Equipment, Your insolvency, and/or abusive action to PBB staff.

Our Equipment means equipment which we loan or rent to you together with any cabling or other ancillary items provided with it. For clarity, it does not include equipment you purchase from us by instalment payments or otherwise.
