Purchased Entities definition

Purchased Entities means Wincor Nixdorf and its Subsidiaries.

Purchased Entities mean Brookfield California Land Holdings LLC, Brookfield Washington LLC, Coscan Xxxxx Limited Partnership, Brookfield San Diego Holdings LLC, Brookfield Southland Holdings LLC, Brookfield Bay Area Holdings LLC and Brookfield Financial California LLC.

Purchased Entities shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

• Poverty lines have been constructed as some fraction of average wage (as in Brazil) but this overlooks access to basic needs and commodities.

• Since January 1, 2008, neither the Sellers nor the Purchased Entities have received any claim threatened in writing alleging such infringement or misappropriation with respect to the Business (including any offers to license any patents from any third Person), and, to the Knowledge of the Sellers, no such claim has been made since January 1, 2008.

Purchased Entities has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Purchased Shares” in this Section 1.1.

Purchased Entities means ATP Netherlands, Titan and the Indirect Subsidiaries.

Purchased Entities means (i) with respect to the First Transaction, the First Transaction Purchased Entities and (ii) with respect to Second Transaction, the Second Transaction Purchased Entity.
