Purchased Option definition

Purchased Option means a Stock Option that is sold to an Eligible Person at a price determined by the Committee. Purchased Options are subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 6.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
