Purchased Options means the Options of the Individual Sellers to acquire shares of capital stock in or other securities of the Target Companies.

• The Committee may sell Purchased Options or grant other Stock Options either alone, or in conjunction with other Awards, either at the time of grant or by amendment thereafter.

• The aggregate purchase price payable at the Closing for the Purchased Stock, the Purchased Options, the Purchased Loan Accounts, and the Purchased Assets is Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($15,900,000) (the "Purchase Price).
