Purchaser Collections definition

Purchaser Collections means, as of any Deposit Date, that portion of the Collections deposited to the Lock-Box Accounts on such date or received by the Collection Agent on such date equal to the product of (i) the Allocation Percentage on such date times (ii) the aggregate amount of such Collections.
Purchaser Collections means an undivided percentage interest in each Collection and Deemed Collection equal to the Receivable Interest.
Purchaser Collections has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).

  • The Servicer shall set aside for the account of the Seller and the Purchaser Collections of Receivables in accordance with Section 2.05 and 6.08.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales or dispositions attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees, prepayment fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.
