Purchaser Private Units definition

Purchaser Private Units means the units issued by Purchaser in a private placement to the Sponsor at the time of the consummation of the IPO consisting of one (1) Purchaser Ordinary Share and one (1) Purchaser Private Right.

Related to Purchaser Private Units

  • Seller Shares means all shares of Common Stock of the Company owned as of the date hereof or hereafter acquired by a Common Holder, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like.

  • Purchaser Securities means the Purchaser Shares, Purchaser Rights, Purchaser Units, Purchaser Warrants, collectively.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
