Purchaser Product means any product that is manufactured by or on behalf of Purchaser, including vehicles, chargers, subassemblies, systems, and components.

Examples of Purchaser Product in a sentence

  • Promptly following the date (the Acceptance Date") on which Enova and Purchaser mutually agree that successful completion of the development and testing of Purchaser Product has occurred as contemplated by Appendix 3, then Purchaser shall engage in commercial production, sale and support of Products ("Commercial Production").

  • Commencing on Purchaser’s Commercial Launch of a Purchaser Product, and on the first business day of each calendar quarter thereafter during the term of this Agreement, Purchaser shall provide Seller with a non-binding (except as provided herein) twelve-month rolling forecast of the Products and quantities it intends to purchase during the succeeding twelve-month period.
