Purchaser Product definition

Purchaser Product means any product that is manufactured by or on behalf of Purchaser, including vehicles, chargers, subassemblies, systems, and components.
Purchaser Product means, collectively, Vowst and any improvements and modifications thereto Developed after the Effective Date.
Purchaser Product means Sophia Genetics’ bundle solutions, combining capture-based next-generation sequencing assays with SOPHiA™ artificial intelligence to enable superior detection of genomic variants.

Examples of Purchaser Product in a sentence

  • Promptly following the date (the Acceptance Date") on which Enova and Purchaser mutually agree that successful completion of the development and testing of Purchaser Product has occurred as contemplated by Appendix 3, then Purchaser shall engage in commercial production, sale and support of Products ("Commercial Production").

  • Enova and Purchaser agree that neither party shall publicly display at trade shows or otherwise promote, market, or sell any prototype Purchaser Product without the other party's prior written approval.

  • Following the Commercial Launch of the Purchaser Product, each Purchase Order placed by Purchaser shall be binding upon the Seller to the extent that the Purchaser Order is equal to volumes contained in the portion of the Purchaser’s forecast that is binding upon the Purchaser as set forth above.

  • In addition, Commencing [***] after Commercial Launch of the applicable Purchaser Product, [***] of the volume of Products specified by Purchaser for the first calendar quarter of each forecast for the applicable Purchaser Product will be binding upon the Purchaser and Purchaser shall issue a Purchase Order for such binding amount.

  • Prior to the Commercial Launch of the Purchaser Product, each Purchase Order placed by Purchaser shall be binding upon the Seller upon Seller’s acceptance of such Purchase Orders as provided herein and the Product set forth therein shall be delivered within the applicable lead time set forth above.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, Commercial Launch for a Purchaser Product shall mean Purchaser’s first sale of such Purchaser’s Product following regulatory approval to market the Purchaser Product.


More Definitions of Purchaser Product

Purchaser Product means the medical device currently being developed by the Purchaser and its Subsidiaries, known as the Transurethral UltraSound Ablation (TULSA-PRO) device;
Purchaser Product is defined as an investigational or licensed medicinal product, consumer healthcare product, vaccine, biological product or device whether under development by, or manufactured, marketed, supplied, or distributed by or on behalf of, any division or operating company of Purchaser and includes ViiV Healthcare, whether in Hong Kong or in any other country.
Purchaser Product means any product sold or licensed by any PURCHASER Company, excluding any TARGET Product.
Purchaser Product means each proprietary product or service (i) that is currently manufactured, marketed, or sold by any Purchaser Entity, (ii) that is currently under active development by any Purchaser Entity or (iii) that was distributed by any Purchaser Entity at any time since such Purchaser Entity’s inception.
Purchaser Product means any edition or version of the Software that Purchaser makes Generally Available under its trademarks and/or brands.
Purchaser Product means any product that at any time is designed, developed, owned, marketed, sold, licensed, or acquired by or for the Purchaser or an Affiliate of the Purchaser, provided that it includes or incorporates any embodiment of the Transferred Non-Patent IP, any embodiment of the Licensed Non-Patent IP, or improvements, modifications, or derivative works of the foregoing.

Related to Purchaser Product

  • Seller Products means any and all products (including software and hardware) and any type of services of Seller and its Affiliates, in each case, that are sold or provided by, or on behalf of, Seller or any of its Affiliates, including any portions thereof, as well as any methods or processes employed by any of the foregoing.

  • Biosimilar Product means, with respect to a Licensed Product and on a country-by-country basis, a product that [***].

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—
