Purchaser Shareholder Meeting definition

Purchaser Shareholder Meeting means a special meeting of the Purchaser Shareholders to be held to obtain the Purchaser Shareholder Approval, if applicable;
Purchaser Shareholder Meeting has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.1.6;
Purchaser Shareholder Meeting means a meeting of the Purchaser Shareholders, including any adjournment or postponement thereof, duly convened for the purpose of obtaining the Purchaser Shareholder Approval;

"Purchaser Stock Option Plans" means the amended and restated stock option plan of the Purchaser dated June 13, 2013 and the stock option plan of the Purchaser dated June 21, 2019, each as may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time. "Purchaser Warrant Indenture" means the warrant indenture dated October 7, 2020 between the Purchaser and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time. "Purchaser's Constating Documents" means the notice of articles, articles and all amendments to such articles (or, in each case, the equivalent), and all other constating documents of the Purchaser.

In this Agreement, unless a clear contrary intention appears, (i) the word “including” (in its various forms) means “including, without limitation;” (ii) the words “hereunder,” “hereof,” “hereto” and words of similar import are references in this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement; (iii) the word “or” is not exclusive; (iv) defined terms used in the singular include the plural and vice versa; and (v) references to “Sections” in this Agreement are references to Sections of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated.
