Purchaser Stock Options means stock options to acquire Purchaser Common Shares pursuant to the Purchaser Incentive Plan;
Purchaser Stock Options has the meaning specified in Section 3.6.
Purchaser Stock Options means, collectively, all of the outstanding stock options to purchase Purchaser Common Stock, including, but not limited to, the stock options of the Purchaser described in Section 4.6(b).
