Examples of Purchaser Warranty in a sentence
Each Purchaser Warranty will be deemed to be repeated by the Purchaser at the Closing, as if it had been made on and effective as at such time (by reference to the circumstances existing).
Each of the Purchaser Warranties is to be construed independently and, except where this Agreement provides otherwise, is not limited by a provision of this Agreement or reference to another Purchaser Warranty.
