Pure Broadband definition

Pure Broadband means a version of CenturyLink® High-Speed Internet service with or without an accompanying residential telephone access line having the ability to make outbound calls. Pure Business Internet is the business version of Pure Broadband, and is incorporated within this definition.
Pure Broadband means, in Qwest Territory, a version of CenturyLink® High-Speed Internet service without an accompanying residential telephone access line having the ability to make outbound calls. In CenturyLink territory, depending on your location, it means either CenturyLink® High-Speed Internet service without an accompanying residential telephone access line having the ability to make outbound calls, or CenturyLink® High-Speed Internet Service with an accompanying residential telephone access line capable of placing outbound 911 and 711 calls. Pure Business Internet is the business version of Pure Broadband.

  • Lines equipped with Pure Broadband Bundle will not have a directory listing and will not be included in the Company’s directory assistance records.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.
