Put Exercise Period definition

Put Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(c).
Put Exercise Period means the period commencing upon the occurrence of a Major Restructuring or the decision by the competent body of the Issuer or the relevant Principal Subsidiary to proceed with a Major Restructuring, whichever is earlier, and ending 45 calendar days following the date on which a Major Restructuring Notice is given to the Bondholders as required by Condition 6.3.2.
Put Exercise Period. (as defined in Section 5.1 of the Amended VSA), in exchange for UAHC’s agreement to postpone the Put Commencement Date, until October 1, 2014 (and either or both of St. Xxxxxx and Xxxx may exercise its Put Option during the Put Exercise Period commencing on such date), and with an expiration of March 30, 2015, provided that either or both of St. Xxxxxx and Dove may elect to accelerate the Put Commencement Date upon the occurrence of any one of certain events, as set forth in Section 3 of the Third Amendment; and

Examples of Put Exercise Period in a sentence

  • Such put right shall be exercisable by written notice (the "Put Notice") given to the Company during the Put Exercise Period.

  • If CIG does not exercise the Put Right during a Renewed Put Exercise Period, NBCU may exercise the Call Right upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period of thirty days commencing on the expiration of such Renewed Put Exercise Period (each, a “Renewed Call Exercise Period”).

  • If, after the occurrence of the Trigger Event, CIG does not exercise the Put Right during the Put Exercise Period and NBCU does not exercise the Call Right during the Call Exercise Period, CIG may exercise the Put Right upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Agreement for a period of thirty days commencing on each of the first five anniversaries of the Trigger Event (each, a “Renewed Put Exercise Period”).

  • At the end of the First Put Exercise Period, any Covered Securities that are set forth opposite an H&Q Party's name on Exhibit B under the heading "Upon Exercise of the First Put Option" and that are not included in the First Put Election Notice shall no longer be subject to the First Put Option.


More Definitions of Put Exercise Period

Put Exercise Period means the period commencing on the day immediately after the Outside Date and ending on the 30th day thereafter.
