PV System Owner means the entity or entities holding legal title or otherwise having full rights of ownership in and to the PV System. If the PV System Owner is the same entity as SRC Producer, then Section 3.2 hereof shall not be applicable.

Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:
