Qualification Requirements means the qualification requirements as set forth in Section-2, Clause 2.1 of this RFP;
Transition training means written and verbal instructions
Prequalification means the process set out in the Rules for determining whether an applicant is eligible to bid in a capacity auction in respect of a CMU;
Qualifications , in relation to an employee, means any degree, diploma or other academic, technical or professional qualification relevant to the position which he held.
Request For Qualifications (RFQ means the written solicitation, including all Addenda thereto, issued by the Department seeking SOQs in order to identify and Short-List the Proposers to receive the RFP for the Project.
Qualification Period means the period of time in which the List of Approved Suppliers shall be valid in accordance with the Tender; in which the Company shall have the right, at any time to issue Purchase Order(s) for Goods and/or to approach any or all of the Approved Suppliers and invite them, by way of RFQ to supply Goods, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
Qualification Date means the date as of which the Offering Statement was or will be qualified with the Commission pursuant to Regulation A, the Act and the Rules and Regulations; and

Qualification Deadline has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii).
Qualification means any degree, diploma or certificate conferred upon a person after having been examined in respect of that person’s proficiency in a particular field of study;
Minimum Qualifications Qualifications mandated for the position and which must be possessed by an employee before the employee can be considered for employment in a specific classification.
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.
Alcohol training and education seminar means a seminar that is:
Physical therapist assistant means an individual who is licensed/certified by a state and who assists the physical therapist in selected components of physical therapy.
Mandatory training means training on identifying and reporting child abuse or dependent adult abuse required of physical therapists or physical therapist assistants who are mandatory reporters. The full requirements on mandatory reporting of child abuse and the training requirements are found in Iowa Code section 232.69. The full requirements on mandatory reporting of dependent adult abuse and the training requirements are found in Iowa Code section 235B.16.
Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.
Parent counseling and training means assisting parents in understanding the special needs of their child and providing parents with information about child development, and helping parents to acquire the necessary skills that will allow them to support the implementation of their child's IEP.
Skills training means systematic skill building through curriculum-based psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral interventions. These interventions break down complex objectives for role performance into simpler components, including basic cognitive skills such as attention, to facilitate learning and competency.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Independent review organization means an entity that is accredited to conduct independent external reviews of adverse benefit determinations.
Vocational training or "vocational education" means
Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:
Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.
Athletic training means the application of principles and methods of conditioning, the prevention, immediate care, recognition, evaluation, assessment, and treatment of athletic and orthopedic injuries within the scope of education and training, the organization and administration of an athletic training program, and the education and counseling of athletes, coaches, family members, medical personnel, and communities, and groups in the area of care and prevention of athletic and orthopedic injuries. Athletic training may only be applied in the “traditional setting” and the “clinical setting”:
Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.
