Qualified Commercial Paper definition

Qualified Commercial Paper means demand and time deposits in, certificates of deposit of, bankers’ acceptances payable within 183 days of issuance and with a remaining time to maturity of no more than 30 days issued by, or federal funds sold by any U.S. federal or state depository institution or trust company, (i) the commercial paper and/or debt obligations of which (or, in the case of the principal depository institution in a holding company system, the commercial paper or debt obligations of such holding company) at the time of such investment or contractual commitment providing for such investment have a rating of “A-1+” by S&P and (ii) a rating of “AAA” by Fitch with respect to long-term debt obligations and a rating of “A-1+” by Fitch for commercial paper and short-term obligations.
Qualified Commercial Paper means commercial paper with a rating of at least P-1 by Moody’s and A-1+ by S&P and having a remaining maturity of not more than one month. * or such other percentage in respect of which Moody’s has provided a rating affirmation.
Qualified Commercial Paper means commercial paper with a rating of at least P-1 by Xxxxx’x and A-1+ by S&P and having a remaining maturity of not more than one month.

  • Pooled Commercial Paper means Commercial Paper notes of a Conduit subject to any particular pooling arrangement by such Conduit, but excluding Commercial Paper issued by such Conduit for a tenor and in an amount specifically requested by any Person in connection with any agreement effected by such Conduit.

  • Commercial Paper means, with respect to any Conduit Investor, the promissory notes issued in the commercial paper market by or for the benefit of such Conduit Investor.

  • Commercial Paper Notes means short-term promissory notes issued or to be issued by a Conduit Purchaser to fund its investments in accounts receivable or other financial assets.

  • Investment Provider means any commercial bank or trust company, bank holding company, investment company or other entity (which may include the Trustee, the Bond Registrar or the Paying Agent), whose credit rating (or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements) by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or is otherwise acceptable to each such Rating Agency in order to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency, which Investment Providers shall be approved by the Authority for the purpose of providing investment agreements.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (i) a Credit Rating of Baa3 or higher given by Xxxxx’x, (ii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by S&P or (iii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by Fitch.

  • Replacement Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
