Qualified Educational User definition

Qualified Educational User or “QEU” has the meaning set out in the Microsoft Qualified Educational User definition located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/userights/DocumentSearch.aspx?Mode=3&DocumentTypeId= 7, or at such other location as Microsoft may designate. Microsoft may, from time to time and without notice, modify the Microsoft Qualified Educational User definition posted at the site referenced above or a successor site Microsoft identifies.

Qualified Educational User means a department within a not- for-profit educational institution that (a) has been duly accredited by a widely-recognized accreditation authority as an educational institution organized and operated exclusively for the sole purpose of teaching its matriculating students; and (b) has been accepted by Microsoft, in its sole discretion, for participation in the MSDN Academic Alliance Program.
