Qualifying Deposits definition

Qualifying Deposits means deposits that (i) are insured by the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (or, in the case of an Insured Subsidiary organized under the laws of Canada or any other country that is a member of the OECD or any political subdivision of any such country, the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or any similar or corresponding entity or fund) or any successor entity or fund and (ii) do not exceed the difference between (A) the amount of Securitization Assets net of the allowance for doubtful accounts minus (B) the amount of any bonds or notes that is based on one or more pools of Securitization Assets, or collateralized by the cash flows from one or more pools of Securitization Assets, in each case as shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Qualifying Deposits means deposits that are (i) insured by the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and (ii) do not exceed the difference between (A) the amount of seller’s interest and credit card receivables minus (B) the allowance for doubtful accounts related to seller’s interest and credit card receivables, in each case as shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
Qualifying Deposits means deposits that are (i) insured by the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (or, in the case of an Insured Subsidiary organized under the laws of Canada or any political subdivision thereof, the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation) or any successor entity and (ii) do not exceed the difference between (A) the amount of credit card receivables net of the allowance for doubtful accounts minus (B) the amount of Asset Backed Securities Debt, in each case as shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • For Deposit Accounts in existence at both the Eligibility Record Date and the Supplemental Eligibility Record Date, separate initial subaccount balances shall be determined on the basis of the Qualifying Deposits in such Deposit Account on each such record date.

Qualifying Deposits means deposits that (a) are of a type that are, or in the case of an eligible depositor would be, eligible to be insured by the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (or, in the case of an Insured Subsidiary organized under the laws of Canada or any other country that is a member of the OECD or any political subdivision of any such country, the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or any similar or corresponding entity or fund) or any successor entity or fund and (b) do not exceed the amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the amount of Securitization Assets net of the allowance for doubtful accounts plus (B) Insured Subsidiary Cash at Insured Subsidiaries minus (ii) the aggregate amount of bonds and notes that are based on one or more pools of Securitization Assets, or collateralized by the cash flows from one or more pools of Securitization Assets, in each case as shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, or, in the case of Insured Subsidiary Cash, as shown on the balance sheet in the Consolidated Reports of Condition and Income for A Bank With Domestic Offices Only - FFIEC 041 for such Insured Subsidiary or other similar report prescribed by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council or replacement agency.
Qualifying Deposits means any and all deposits that are received at an Insured Subsidiary, including those held in checking and savings accounts, as time deposits, evidenced by certificates of deposit or otherwise.

Qualifying Deposits means: (A) the aggregate balance of all Deposit Accounts in the Savings Bank of (i) an Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50, and (ii) a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Supplemental Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50; (B) the aggregate balance of all Deposit Accounts in American Bank of an Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50 and provided further that such deposit account in American Bank was assumed by the Savings Bank pursuant to the Purchase Agreement by and between American Bank and the Savings Bank, dated June 7, 2006; (C) the aggregate balance of all Deposit Accounts in Valley Bank of Maryland of an Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50; (D) the aggregate balance of all Deposit Accounts in Golden Prague Federal Savings and Loan Association (provided the merger of the Savings Bank and Golden Prague Federal Savings and Loan Association is consummated prior to the closing of the Conversion) of (i) an Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50, and (ii) a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Supplemental Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50; and (E) the aggregate balance of all Deposit Accounts in Senator Bank (provided the merger of the Savings Bank and Senator Bank is consummated prior to the closing of the Conversion) of (i) an Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50, and (ii) a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder at the close of business on the Supplemental Eligibility Record Date, provided such aggregate balance is not less than $50. SAVINGS BANK means Bradford Bank, a federal stock savings bank. SAVINGS BANK BENEFIT PLANS includes, but is not limited to, Tax-Qualified Employee Stock Benefit Plans and Non-Tax-Qualified Employee Stock Benefit Plans.
