Domestic Office means, relative to any Lender, the office of such Lender designated as such below its signature hereto or designated in the Lender Assignment Agreement or such other office of a Lender (or any successor or assign of such Lender) within the United States as may be designated from time to time by notice from such Lender, as the case may be, to each other Person party hereto.

Domestic septage means either liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, portable toilet, Type III marine sanitation device, or similar treatment works that receives only domestic sewage. Domestic septage does not include liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar treatment works that receives either commercial wastewater or industrial wastewater and does not include grease removed from grease trap at a restaurant.
Public Official means an employee of a Governmental Authority, a member of a political party, a political candidate, an officer of a public international organization, or an officer or employee of a state-owned enterprise, including a PRC state-owned enterprise.
Domestic Subsidiary Borrower any Subsidiary Borrower which is a Domestic Subsidiary.

Domestic Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its "Domestic Lending Office" opposite its name on Schedule I hereto or in the Assignment and Acceptance pursuant to which it became a Lender, or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the Borrower and the Agent.
foreign public official means any person holding a legislative, executive, administrative or judicial office of a foreign country, whether appointed or elected; and any person exercising a public function for a foreign country, including for a public agency or public enterprise;
Public officials means business managers; human resource directors; athletic directors whose duties include at least 50 percent of their time spent in administration, personnel, supervision, and evaluation; chief financial officers; directors; and individuals defined as superintendents and principals.
Canadian Resident means, at any time, a Person who at that time is (a) not a non-resident of Canada for purposes of the Tax Act or (b) an authorized foreign bank deemed to be resident in Canada for purposes of the Tax Act in respect of all amounts paid or credited to such Person under the Canadian Revolving Credit Commitment or Canadian Letter of Credit Commitment pursuant to this Agreement.
Canadian Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is organized under the laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof.
Canadian Lending Office means, with respect to any Lender, the office of such Lender specified as its “Canadian Lending Office” in its Administrative Questionnaire or such other office of such Lender as such Lender may from time to time specify to the U.S. Borrower and the Agent.
Local public official means a member of the governing body or another officer, whether elected, appointed, paid, or unpaid, of any district (including a school district), central appraisal district, or other local governmental entity who exercises responsibilities be- yond those that are advisory in nature. Local Gov’t Code 171.001(1)
Applicable public official means a person elected to an office or a person appointed to complete a term of an elected office, who has the authority to award or influence the award of the contract for which the prospective contractor is submitting a competitive sealed proposal or who has the authority to negotiate a sole source or small purchase contract that may be awarded without submission of a sealed competitive proposal.
Domestic winery means a place where wines are manufactured
Domestic Loan Party means any Loan Party organized under the laws of any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
Domestic use means that portion of metered water service, electricity, electrical current, natural, artificial or propane gas, wood, coal or home heating oil, and in any city not within a county, metered or unmetered water service, which an individual occupant of a residential premises uses for nonbusiness, noncommercial or nonindustrial purposes. Utility service through a single or master meter for residential apartments or condominiums, including service for common areas and facilities and vacant units, shall be deemed to be for domestic use. Each seller shall establish and maintain a system whereby individual purchases are determined as exempt or nonexempt;
Domestic Loans means CD Loans or Base Rate Loans or both.
Domestic sewage means waste and wastewater from humans, or household operations that is discharged to or otherwise enters a treatment works.
Domestic Corporation means an entity that is treated as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes and is a U.S. Tax Person.
Domestic Credit Party means any Credit Party that is organized under the laws of any State of the United States or the District of Columbia.
Domestic Shares ’ means the domestic invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a par value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for in Renminbi (‘‘RMB’’) by PRC investors;
Domestic Loan Parties means, collectively, the Company and the Guarantors.
Canadian Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries organized under the laws of Canada or any province, territory or other political subdivision thereof.
Subsidiary Borrowers as defined in the preamble hereto.
Domestic Obligations means all Obligations owing by the Domestic Loan Parties (other than in respect of Guarantees of Foreign Obligations pursuant to Article IV).
