Qualifying Shareholders. Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on the Record Date, other than the Excluded Shareholders; “Record Date” Thursday, 29 August 2024 or such other date as may be agreed between the Company and the Underwriter in writing, being the date for determining entitlements of Shareholders to participate in the Rights Issue;
