Qualifying Trading Day definition

Qualifying Trading Day means, in respect of the Shares or, as the case may be, other financial instruments or assets, a day on which such Shares, or, as the case may be, financial instruments or assets, are traded on the Relevant Exchange in respect thereof and on which the Volume-Weighted Average Price of such Shares, or as the case may be, financial instruments or assets, can be determined, other than a day on which such Shares, or, as the case may be, financial instruments or assets, cease to be capable of being traded prior to their regular weekday closing time (whether such early closing is scheduled (as is generally the case regarding trading on Euronext Paris on 24 December and 31 December), or unscheduled).
Qualifying Trading Day means any Trading Day (falling on or after August 1, 2024) on which the VWAP of the Common Stock on such Trading Day is at least equal to the Bonus Share Expiration Trigger Price in effect on such Trading Day.

Qualifying Trading Day means a Trading Day on which the Daily Trading Volume on such Trading Day is available and equal to or greater than 0.5% of the NOSH on such Trading Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

Related to Qualifying Trading Day

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.

  • Scheduled Trading Day means a day that is scheduled to be a Trading Day on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted for trading. If the Common Stock is not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • Qualifying Transaction means a transaction where a CPC acquires Significant Assets, other than cash, by way of purchase, amalgamation, merger or arrangement with another Company or by other means.

  • Qualifying Period means 12 continuous Calendar Weeks during the whole or part of which the Agency Worker is supplied by one or more Temporary Work Agencies to the relevant Hirer to work temporarily for and under the supervision and direction of the relevant Hirer in the same role, and as further defined in the Schedule to these Terms;

  • Qualifying Time Period means the period defined in Section 2.3.C, during which the Applicant shall make investment on the Land where the Qualified Property is located in the amount required by the Act, the Comptroller’s Rules, and this Agreement.

  • Major Trading Area or "MTA" means Major Trading Area as defined by the FCC in 47 C.F.R. Part 24.202.

  • Pre-Closing Period means any Tax period ending on or before the Closing Date.

  • Index Business Day means, in respect of an Index, any day on which the Index Sponsor in respect of such Index is scheduled to publish the level of the Index.
