Quality Data definition

Quality Data means the data collected by the Maryland Health Care Commission under COMAR 10.25.08.
Quality Data means the data collected by the Maryland Health Care Commission under COMAR 10.25.08. More Definitions of Quality Data

Quality Data has the meaning given in clause 11.1; Quarter means a period of three (3) consecutive months commencing respectively on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October in any year (provided that the first Quarter and last Quarter falling during the Term shall be reduced as necessary);
