Quality Defect definition

Quality Defect means discrepancy of any Goods with the condition resulting from the representations in § 7 hereof;
Quality Defect means attributes of a health product or health technology or component which may affect the quality, safety or efficacy of the product, or which are not in line with the approved market authorization requirements;
Quality Defect shall have the meaning defined in Volume 4 of the EU Rules governing medicinal products – EU Guidelines to Good Manufacturing Practice Medicinal Products for Human and Veterinary Use.

Quality Defect means an objective defect in quality, for example, spelling error, system crash;
