Quality Defect definition

Quality Defect means discrepancy of any Goods with the condition resulting from the representations in § 7 hereof;

More Definitions of Quality Defect

Quality Defect means the non-conformance arising from raw materials, working process and other process existing before Party B examine and accept the Product (after Party A transport the Product to Party B’s storehouse).

Related to Quality Defect

  • Latent Defect means a defect, inherently lying within the material or arising out of design deficiency, which do not manifest themselves and/or was not reasonably discoverable during Defect Liability period.
