Quality jobs program means a job training program formerly funded with CDBG funds that is no longer operational.
Quality jobs program means all rights, responsibilities, benefits and duties pursuant to the Louisiana Quality Jobs contracts effective as of January 1, 2005 between Cheniere O&M Services, L.P. and the State of Louisiana.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:
