O&M Services definition

O&M Services means the services required to be performed by the Manager pursuant to the terms of each Management Agreement, including all administrative, operations, maintenance, collection and other management services with respect to the related Solar Assets, maintaining required insurance and collecting sales and use taxes payable by Host Customers under their Solar Service Agreements.

O&M Services means Cheniere LNG O&M Services, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

O&M Services means the operations and maintenance services of the PV Systems and/or Energy Storage Systems required to be performed by the Project Company Manager pursuant to the terms of the related Project Company Management Agreement.

Examples of O&M Services in a sentence

• Any amount so expended by the Judicial Council shall be paid promptly by Licensee upon the Judicial Council’s submittal of the work invoices to Licensee, or the Judicial Council may deduct the amount expended from invoices submitted to the Judicial Council by Licensee for O&M Services.

• Licensee shall perform the O&M Services described in Exhibit C-2.

• Entergy and Enterprises represent that no Excluded Company has subsidized the operations of Enterprises or any O&M Subsidiary, and that the rendering of O&M Services by O&M Subsidiaries is in compliance with the applicable rules, regulations and orders of the Commission and has not adversely affected the services provided by any Excluded Company to its customers.

• The information shall be sufficient for the Judicial Council to evaluate and ensure appropriate O&M Services are being completed over the life of the System.

• Your obligations under this Agreement will continue, and Installer will continue to provide O&M Services, until either party notifies the other of its intent to terminate this Agreement.

More Definitions of O&M Services

O&M Services means those operations and maintenance services described in section 8.16 herein and described in Exhibit C-2.

O&M Services has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

O&M Services is defined in Section 4.2.

O&M Services has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(c) of this Agreement.

O&M Services means the O&M of the Composite Modular Toilet Stalls, Community./Public Toilets during the Services Period, including all matters connected with or incidental to O&M of the Composite Modular Toilet Stalls, Community./Public Toilets, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

O&M Services is defined in Section 5.1.

O&M Services mean the services to be provided by the Solar Service Company for the operation and maintenance of the Solar PV System, being all routine and unscheduled maintenance and any operational activities necessary to operate and to perform the maintenance of the Solar PV System in accordance with the O&M Plan and the standard of a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, including the ordering of any spare parts or additional maintenance from any appropriate third party.
