Quantity of the Products definition

Quantity of the Products means 12,500, being the quotient of the Contracted Hashrate divided by Rated Hashrate per Unit as set forth in Appendix A, which is for reference only and shall not be deemed as any representation, warranty or covenant made by BITMAIN. The Quantity of the Products shall be automatically adjusted in accordance with the change (if any) of the Rated Hashrate per Unit of the delivered Products.

Quantity of the Products means the quantity of the Products as set forth in Appendix A, being the quotient of the Contracted Hashrate divided by Rated Hashrate per Unit as set forth in Appendix A, excluding any Forward Deliverables pursuant to Appendix C, which is for reference only and shall not be deemed as any representation, warranty or covenant made by BITMAIN. The Quantity of the Products shall be automatically adjusted in accordance with the change (if any) of the Rated Hashrate per Unit of the delivered Products.

Quantity of the Products means 45,000, being the quotient of the Contracted Hashrate divided by Rated Hashrate per Unit as set forth in Appendix A, which is for reference only and shall not be deemed as any representation, warranty or covenant made by BITMAIN. The Quantity of the Products shall be automatically adjusted in accordance with the change (if any) of the Rated Hashrate per Unit of the delivered Products.

Examples of Quantity of the Products in a sentence

• Where delivery of the Products is carried out by barge/tankers to Vessels at ports different from Singapore, the Quantity of the Products delivered shall be determined solely based on the delivery bunker tanker’s measurements and calculations taken from tank gauge as per the bunker tanker measurement report.

• The Independent Inspector shall issue Certificate of Quantity of the Products delivered and will endorse the Certificate of Quality issued by Buyer's nominated laboratory.

• The Purchase Price covers only the Quantity of the Products and accessories, if any, which are specified in the Contract.

• Where delivery of the Products is carried out by barge/tankers to vessels in Singapore, the Quantity of the Products delivered shall be determined according to the procedures prescribed by the Code of Practice for Bunkering by bunker barges/tankers (“SS 600:2014”) and the Technical Reference Bunker mass flow metering (TR 48 : 2015) issued by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board or its current latest edition.

Quantity of the Products means 15,138, being the quotient of the Contracted Hashrate divided by Rated Hashrate per Unit as set forth in Appendix A, which is for reference only and shall not be deemed as any representation, warranty or covenant made by BITMAIN. The Quantity of the Products shall be automatically adjusted in accordance with the change (if any) of the Rated Hashrate per Unit of the delivered Products. “Rated Hashrate per Unit” means the rated hashrate of each unit of the Products as set forth in Appendix A. “Relevant Jurisdiction” means the State of New York, the United States. “Shipping Period” means the estimated time period when BITMAIN shall ship the applicable batch of Products on condition that the Purchaser has fulfilled its payment obligations hereunder, as set forth in Appendix A. “Total Purchase Price” means $ 75,432,654.00, being the product of Purchase Unit Price multiplied by the Contracted Hashrate. “US$” or “US Dollars” means the lawful currency of the United States of America. “Warranty Period” means the period of time that the Products are covered by the warranty granted by BITMAIN or its Affiliates in accordance with Clause 6. “Warranty Start Date” means the date on which the Products are delivered to the carrier as recorded on BITMAIN Website. 1.2 In this Agreement, unless otherwise specified: (a) Any singular term in this Agreement shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa where the context so requires
