Quarterly Distributions definition

Quarterly Distributions means the aggregate amount of cash distributions paid to Stockholders during a calendar quarter.
Quarterly Distributions means with respect to the Borrower, the distributions by the Borrower of Available Cash (as defined in the Limited Liability Company Agreement (Borrower)) or with respect to MLP, the distributions by the MLP of Available Cash (as defined in the Partnership Agreement (MLP)).
Quarterly Distributions means (i) with respect to the Borrower, the distributions by the Borrower of Available Cash (as defined in the Borrower Partnership Agreement) or (ii) with respect to the Parent, the distributions by the Parent of Available Cash (as defined in the Parent Partnership Agreement).

More Definitions of Quarterly Distributions

Quarterly Distributions has the meaning assigned to such term in the Holdco LLC Agreement; provided that for purposes of this Agreement, such amounts shall be calculated with regard to any adjustments pursuant to any Code Section 754 election if (x) an Event of Default has occurred, is continuing or would result from any such Distribution and (y) (i) the Termination Date has not occurred, (ii) the Required Lenders have not waived such Event of Default, and (iii) three (3) months have not passed since the occurrence of the Event of Default.
