Quarterly Financial Information definition

Quarterly Financial Information means the financial information of the Group in respect of a fiscal quarter that is contained in the principal financial report for such fiscal quarter published by the Company. As of the date of this Fifth Supplemental Indenture, the principal financial reports published by the Company with respect to each fiscal quarter are: (i) the first quarter (Q1) interim management statement in respect of the first fiscal quarter, (ii) the interim results announcement in respect of the first half of the year (including the second fiscal quarter), (iii) the third quarter (Q3) interim management statement in respect of the first nine (9) months of the year (including the third fiscal quarter) and (iv) the results announcement in respect of the full year (including the fourth fiscal quarter).
