Quest Group means Quest and its Subsidiaries.
Quest Group means, collectively, QRC, Ponderosa, PSI, Quest Oil & Gas, QES, STP Cherokee, J-W Gas and their respective Subsidiaries other than Borrower and Blxxxtem.

The ECC shall not include Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase Fee, A/E’s Fees, the cost of the land and rights-of-way, or any other costs that are the direct responsibility of Owner.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
