Repurchase Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.14 of the Indenture.
bodies governed by public law means bodies that have all of the following characteristics:
Hague Rules means the International Convention for the Unification of certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25 August 1924.
Remedies Exception means the extent to which enforceability may be limited by applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar Laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and by general equitable principles.
This law or "the law" means the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court Law embraced in
public purpose means any of the purposes for which land may be reserved under Part 4 of the Land Administration Act 1997, and any purpose declared by the Governor pursuant to that Act, by notification in the Government Gazette to be a public purpose within the meaning of that Act;
Public Purposes means the public purpose of financing $1,500,000.00 of building remodeling and improvement projects, consisting of projects included in the District's 2015-2016 building remodeling and improvement program;

Interpretation Act means the Interpretation Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
Indemnification Provisions means each of the Debtors’ indemnification provisions currently in place whether in the Debtors’ bylaws, certificates of incorporation, other formation documents, board resolutions, or contracts for the current and former directors, officers, managers, employees, attorneys, other professionals, and agents of the Debtors and such current and former directors’, officers’, and managers’ respective Affiliates.
Governing statute of an organization means the statute that governs the organization's internal affairs.
Non-Public Personal Information about a Shareholder shall mean (i) personally identifiable financial information; (ii) any list, description, or other grouping of consumers that is derived from using any personally identifiable information that is not publicly available; and (iii) any other information that the Transfer Agent is prohibited from using or disclosing pursuant to Regulation S-P under Section 504 of the Gramm Xxxxx Xxxxxx Act.
SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations.
Governing Laws means the CRLPA, DRULPA, MULPL, KRULPA, TRLPA and FRULPA, as applicable.
The public means one or more natural or legal persons, and, in accordance with national legislation or practice, their associations, organizations or groups;
Arbitration Act means the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and shall include any amendment to or any re-enactment thereof as in force from time to time.
Public purchase means a purchase by means of competitive bids of goods, services, or materials by the State or any of its political subdivisions or public agencies on whose behalf the Attorney General may bring an action pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 16750 of the Business and Professions Code.
FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation.
Public place means any place, building, or conveyance to which the public has, or is permitted to
Commonwealth Standard Grant Conditions means this document.
Interpretation or “Interpreting” means the process of translating communication between hearing individuals, who communicate in spoken language, and individuals who communicate in sign language. Interpreters must be able to listen to an individual’s words, inflections, and intent and simultaneously render them into sign language using the mode of communication preferred by the Customer. The Interpreter must also be able to comprehend the signs, inflections, and intent of the Customer and speak them in articulate, appropriate English.
Intentional Wrongdoing means an act or omission taken or omitted by a Party with knowledge or intent that injury or damage could reasonably be expected to result.
the Rules means the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended);
General Provisions means those portions of the Subscription Agreement headed “General Provisions” and contained on pages 7 to 12;
Serious assault means an act that constitutes a felony violation of chapter XI of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.81 to 750.90h, or that constitutes an assault and infliction of serious or aggravated injury under section 81a of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.81a.
