Quicksilver Counties definition

Quicksilver Counties means the following counties in the State of Texas: Denton, Hood, Somervell, Johnson, Tarrant, Parker, Bosque and Erath.

  • Except as permitted by Section 2.2, each Quicksilver Entity shall be prohibited from engaging in, whether by acquisition, construction or otherwise, any of the following businesses (the “Restricted Businesses”): the gathering, treating, processing, fractionating, transportation or storage of natural gas in the Quicksilver Counties, or the transportation or storage of natural gas liquids in the Quicksilver Counties, and constructing, buying or selling any assets related to the foregoing businesses.

  • Under the Gas Gathering and Processing Agreement, Quicksilver has agreed, for an initial term of 10 years, to dedicate and deliver for processing all of the natural gas produced on properties operated by Quicksilver within the Quicksilver Counties.

  • Effective from and after the Alliance Closing Date, the lands described and depicted on Exhibit “A” to this Agreement (the “Alliance Waiver Area”) shall be excluded from the definition of Quicksilver Counties.

  • Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

  • Storm water management plan means a comprehensive plan designed to reduce the discharge of pollutants from storm water after the site has under gone final stabilization following completion of the construction activity.

  • third-country national means any person who is not a citizen of the Union within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the Treaty;

  • Counties means, collectively, Macomb County, Oakland County and Wayne County.

  • Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.

  • Environmental Management Plan or “EMP” means the environmental management plan for the Project, including any update thereto, incorporated in the IEE;

  • Affiliated group of corporations means an affiliated group as defined in section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, except that, if such a group includes at least one incumbent local exchange carrier that is primarily engaged in the business of providing local exchange telephone service in this state, the affiliated group shall not include any incumbent local exchange carrier that would otherwise be included in the group.

  • Gas company means any person distributing gas within the corporate limits or authorized and proposing to so engage.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II.   • Participating Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries that have been designated as eligible to participate in the Plan, and such other Subsidiaries that may be designated by the Committee from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
