Race Official definition

Race Official means any person who possesses a valid USRowing Referee or Assistant Referee license, and serves at a Regatta as the Chief Referee or in one of the capacities described in Rule 2-104 (“Officials”).
Race Official means the Chief Referee, members of the Jury, or any other person who serves at a regatta in one of the capacities described in Rule 2-104 (“Officials”), and who possesses a valid USRowing Referee license.
Race Official means an official or other Respondent appointed to officiate at an Event;

Examples of Race Official in a sentence

  • A licensed officer may not compete in any race during a meeting at which he is presiding as a Race Official.

  • Any other shareholder amendment or repeal of the Bylaws shall require the approval of a majority of the shares of each voting group.

  • The musher must have their dog team free of all prohibited drugs and foreign substances from the time of the Vet Check until released by a Race Veterinarian or Race Official after the team has finished the race.

  • police official means any member of the South African Police Service or a municipal police service appointed in terms of the South African Police Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 68 of 1995);

SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • City Official means any elected official, employee, appointee to a board or commission, or citizen volunteer authorized to act on behalf of the City of Portland, Oregon.

  • competent official means a person appointed by the Minister for the execution of this Act;

  • Building Official means that person, or designee, certified by the State and designated as such to administer the State Building Codes for the City.

  • Designated state official means the education official of a state selected by that state to negotiate and enter into, on behalf of his state, contracts pursuant to this agreement.

  • Retirement office means the Kentucky Retirement Systems office building in Frankfort;

  • Government Official means (i) any officer, employee or other person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of a government or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, (ii) any officer, employee or other person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of a public international organization (such as the United Nations, World Bank, or World Health Organization), (iii) any political party or official thereof or any candidate for political office, and (iv) any family members or representatives of any of the individuals listed above.

  • Ex officio means membership “by virtue of office” and includes all rights, responsibilities, and power to vote unless otherwise specified;

  • School Official For the purposes of this Agreement and pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31 (B), a School Official is a contractor that: (1) Performs an institutional service or function for which the agency or institution would otherwise use employees; (2) Is under the direct control of the agency or institution with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and (3) Is subject to 34 CFR 99.33

  • Employment office means a free public employment office, or branch thereof, operated by this state or maintained as a part of a state-controlled system of public employment offices.

  • political office means the office of member of Parliament, member of the European Parliament or member of a local authority or any position within a political party.

  • Post Office means the South African Post Office, a public company with limited liability duly incorporated in accordance with company laws of the Republic of South Africa with registration number 1991/005477/06.
