Rail Assets definition

Rail Assets means locomotives, railcars, maintenance of way equipment and any leases or lease receivables or accounts or notes receivables related to such property. “Securitization Transaction” means a transfer of Rail Assets on a limited recourse basis, provided, that such sale or other disposition qualifies as a sale under GAAP.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • General Assets shall have the meaning given it in Section 3.6(a) hereof;
