Rate Change Date definition

Rate Change Date. With respect to a REMIC II Regular Interest Component, the first month in which the pass-through rate for such component is equal to 0.00%.
Rate Change Date. With respect to any REMIC 1 Regular Interest, the Distribution Date occurring in the month set forth as the Rate Change Date for such REMIC 1 Regular Interest in the Preliminary Statement.
Rate Change Date. The date on which the Loan Interest Rate of each ARM is subject to adjustment in accordance with the related Promissory Note.
