Rate Types means Eurocurrency Rate and the CP Rate; Rating Agencies means on any date the rating agencies then rating Commercial Paper at the request of the Conduit Purchaser; Rating Downgrade Event means, in respect of the Performance Indemnity Provider, if the Performance Indemnity Provider’s senior long-term unsecured debt rating:

Examples of Rate Types in a sentence

  • Such notice of prepayment shall specify the date and amount of such prepayment and the Interest Rate Type(s) of Loans to be prepaid.

  • At all times after the occurrence of an Event of Termination, each Committed Lender shall select the Tranche Periods and Rate Types with respect to the Tranches it funds hereunder.

  • Any cancellation for rooms booked using either of these Rate Types will not be refunded.

  • The Borrower shall from time to time select Tranche Periods and Rate Types with respect to Tranches funded by the Committed Lenders, subject to the provisions of this Agreement and provided, that no Event of Termination has occurred.

  • Each Investment made by the Purchasers in the same Purchaser Group on any Investment Date shall be allocated to one or more Tranche Periods as set forth in the definition of such term with one or more Rate Types as selected by the applicable Purchaser Agent.

  • From time to time the Borrower shall select Tranche Periods and Rate Types with respect to Tranches funded by the Committed Lenders, subject to the provisions of this Agreement and provided that no Event of Termination has occurred.

Rate Types means Eurocurrency Rate and the CP Rate;

Related to Rate Types

  • Rate Type means the Adjusted LIBO Rate, the Base Rate or the CP Rate.

  • Interest Rate Contracts means all interest rate swap agreements, interest rate cap agreements, interest rate collar agreements and interest rate insurance.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2 or 3 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than $100,000.00; and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Benchmark Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the annual equivalent yield to maturity or interpolated maturity of the Comparable Benchmark Issue (as defined below), assuming a price for the Comparable Benchmark Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Benchmark Price for such Redemption Date.

  • Interest Rate Contract means any interest rate swap agreement, interest rate cap agreement, interest rate floor agreement, interest rate collar agreement, interest rate option or any other agreement regarding the hedging of interest rate risk exposure executed in connection with hedging the interest rate exposure of any Person and any confirming letter executed pursuant to such agreement, all as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • T-Bill Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the average yield expressed as a percentage per annum on three-month Government of Canada Treasury Bills, as reported by the Bank of Canada, for the most recent treasury bills auction preceding the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date.

  • Interest Rate Option means any LIBOR Rate Option or Base Rate Option.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Original Benchmark Rate on any day means (subject to § 3(4)) the [1 / 3 / 6 / 12]-month Euro Interbank Offered Rate (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) fixed at, and appearing on the Screen Page as of, 11:00 a.m. (Brussels time) on such day.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Alternative Benchmark Rate means an alternative benchmark or screen rate which is customarily applied in international debt capital markets transactions for the purposes of determining floating rates of interest (or the relevant component part thereof) in the Specified Currency, provided that all determinations will be made by the Independent Adviser in its reasonable discretion.

  • Loan Terms means and refers collectively to (a) all the terms and conditions set out in the Application Form, (b) these General Terms and Conditions, and (d) all terms and conditions specified in the other Loan Documents.

  • engine type means a category of engines which do not differ in essential engine characteristics.

  • Interest Rate or Currency Protection Agreement of any Person means any forward contract, futures contract, swap, option or other financial agreement or arrangement (including caps, floors, collars and similar agreements) relating to, or the value of which is dependent upon, interest rates or currency exchange rates or indices.

  • Interest Rates Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) - The APR corresponds to the Daily Periodic Rate (“DPRs”): the APR is equal to the DPR multiplied by 365, and the DPR is equal to the APR divided by 365. Interest charges are calculated by using the DPR. If a rate is a variable rate, we calculate that APR by adding together an index and a margin. For more information on variable rates, please refer to Section 11 (c). We add transactions and fees to your daily balance no earlier than: For new Purchases, Balance Transfers or Cash Advances – the date of the transaction. For new Bank Card Checks - the date the payee deposits the check. Fees – either on the date of a related transaction, the date they are posted to your Account, or the last day of the billing cycle, whichever we may choose. The balances subject to interest rate for each type of transaction shown on your billing statement is the sum of the daily balances for that type of transaction divided by the number of days in the billing cycle. We may use mathematical formulas that produce equivalent results to calculate the balance subject to interest rate, interest charges andrelated amounts.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at or about 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for U.S. Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate will be deemed zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Successor Benchmark Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Benchmark Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.

  • Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan A fixed rate mortgage loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Rate Option means the Eurodollar Rate or the Floating Rate.

  • Loan Type Each Mortgage Loan is a [Adjustable Rate] [Balloon] [Fixed Rate] Mortgage Loan.

  • Fixed Rate Security means a Debt Security which provides for the payment of interest at a fixed rate.
