Support Costs. Reimbursement of support costs including space rental, City of Portland Bureau of Internal Business Operations charges, and other generally accepted fixed costs of doing business. These costs will be reimbursed in FY 2012-13 via an indirect cost charge of 75.25% against billed direct personal services costs of PHB staff in each URA. This rate is derived from PHB’s OMB A87 Indirect Cost Plan as approved by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Level of effort is generally estimated at 40 hours. Work will be billed at the current IT Direct Labor Rates. If there are extenuating circumstances, the level of effort will be mutually agreed upon by the County and Public Body prior to work being started. Public Body will be invoiced for this one-time fee as part of the quarterly billing cycle.

Support Costs. ENDO shall reimburse NOVARTIS for the cost of fully dedicated incremental support for all regulatory and medical affairs related to the Licensed Product at the FTE Rate. The actual number of FTEs shall be determined by NOVARTIS and reviewed and approved by ENDO; provided, however, the number of FTEs shall not exceed five (5) in any Agreement Year.

Support CostsThe Service excludes the cost of maintenance, service and support to keep the Service operational for the duration of the agreement which is charged at the Provider’s Standard Rates.
