Rated Bidder Letter definition

Rated Bidder Letter means the letter entered into pursuant to Section 11.2 of the Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement.
Rated Bidder Letter means the letter agreement dated as of May 10,2005, among the Issuer, the Rated Bidder, the Servicer and the Collateral Agent.
