Rated Voltage means the manufacturer’s design voltage at which the transmission system is designed to operate or such lower voltage at which the line is charged, for the time being, in consultation with Transmission System Users;
Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).
Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;
Produced water means water recovered from an underground reservoir as a result of crude oil, condensate, or natural gas production and which may be recycled, disposed, or re-injected into an underground reservoir.
Used water means any water supplied by a public water supply system to a consumer's water system after it has passed through the service connection and is no longer under the control of the water supply official custodian.
Saturated zone or "zone of saturation" means that part of the earth's crust in which all voids are filled with water.
voltage means the root-mean-square value of electrical potential between two conductors.
Nominal Rated Capability means the nominal maximum rated capability in megawatts of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility or the nominal increase in transmission capability in megawatts of the Transmission System resulting from the interconnection or addition of a Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility, as determined in accordance with pertinent Applicable Standards and specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement.

Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

Cooling curve means the graphical relationship between heat units stored and cooling time.
Psig means pounds per square inch gauge.
Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.
Output means the exposure rate, dose rate, or a quantity related in a known manner to these rates from a brachytherapy source or a teletherapy, remote afterloader, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit for a specified set of exposure conditions.
Cubic foot of gas or “Cubic feet of Gas” means the volume of Gas contained in one (1) cubic foot of space at a standard pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths pounds per square inch absolute (14.73 psia) as required by this Agreement and at a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit.
Forced Outage means any unplanned reduction or suspension of the electrical output from the Facility resulting in the unavailability of the Facility, in whole or in part, in response to a mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic control system trip or operator-initiated trip in response to an alarm or equipment malfunction and any other unavailability of the Facility for operation, in whole or in part, for maintenance or repair that is not a scheduled maintenance outage and not the result of Force Majeure.
Heat Rate means the quantity of BTU’s consumed to produce a kilowatt-hour of energy, calculated as follows:
Hot water means water at a temperature of 110°F. or higher.
