RBL Credit Facility definition

RBL Credit Facility means the revolving credit facility provided for under the RBL Credit Agreement.
RBL Credit Facility means the reserve-based loan facility under the RBL Credit Agreement.
RBL Credit Facility shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan of Reorganization, as may be amended or amended and restated from time to time, and shall include any future RBL Credit Facility that the Company may be party to.

  • Pursuant to section 510 of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtors reserve the right to re-classify any Allowed Claim or Interest in accordance with any contractual, legal, or equitable subordination relating thereto; provided, however, that the Debtors shall not re-classify any Allowed RBL Credit Facility Claim or Allowed Unsecured Notes Claim.

  • RBL Credit Facility Secured Claims and General Unsecured Claims (Classes 1C-7C and 1D-7D) are Impaired, and the votes of holders of Claims in such Classes will be solicited.

RBL Credit Facility means the credit agreement, dated as of September 17, 2018, between MDC, as borrower, and Natixis and BMO, as administrative agent and issuing bank, and the lenders thereto.
RBL Credit Facility means the reserve-based lending facility provided to the Debtors by the RBL Lenders pursuant to the RBL Credit Agreement.

  • ABL Credit Facility means the senior secured asset-based revolving loan facility and the term loan facilities made pursuant to the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • New Credit Facility is defined in Section 9.8.

  • Bank Credit Facility means any credit agreement or working capital facility among the Company and/or its Subsidiaries and one or more lenders, as such credit agreement or working capital facility may be amended, renewed, extended, substituted, refinanced, restructured, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified (including with other lenders) from time to time, regardless of whether any other credit agreement or working capital facility or any portion thereof was outstanding or in effect at the time of such amendment, renewal, extension, substitution, refinancing, restructuring, replacement, supplement or modification.
