RBS Fee Letter definition

RBS Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement dated January 28, 2014, addressed to the Partnership from Citizens and Citizens Bank, as amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
RBS Fee Letter means the letter agreement dated November 7, 2008 among McAfee, RBS and RBSGC, as amended. 20
