Real Estate Loan Documents definition

Real Estate Loan Documents means the promissory note, loan agreement, trust deed, financing statement and any other documents required by PDC to evidence the Real Estate Loan.
Real Estate Loan Documents means the Real Estate Loan Agreement, and any other agreement, document, promissory note, financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Real Estate Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Real Estate Debt, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
Real Estate Loan Documents means the Real Estate Loan Agreement and all instruments and documents executed in connection with such loan made pursuant thereto, as such documents and instruments may be amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Real Estate Loan Documents in a sentence

  • The Lenders shall have received such documents as the Lenders may reasonably request evidencing the amendment of all applicable Comerica Real Estate Loan Documents to permit the incurrence of the Obligations and the creation of Liens pursuant to the Loan Documents, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders.

  • Permit employees or agents of Lender after two (2) days’ advance written or telephonic notice, at Borrower’s sole cost and expense, to inspect any and all Collateral (including any Real Estate Loan Documents) and Borrower’s other properties and to examine or audit Borrower’s books, accounts, and records and to make copies and memoranda of Borrower’s books, accounts, and records.

  • Except as may be set forth on Section 4.15(e) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, the Real Estate Loan Documents have not been amended, modified, supplemented, terminated or assigned, and are in full force and effect.


More Definitions of Real Estate Loan Documents

Real Estate Loan Documents means any of the AZ Campus Loan Documents or IL Campus Loan Documents.
Real Estate Loan Documents means any promissory note, mortgage, loan agreement, guaranty agreement, UCC-1 financing statements and all other documents and instruments to be executed and delivered by Borrower and/or its Affiliates to Bank for the acquisition of certain real estate located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, as said documents may be modified, amended, extended, renewed or substituted from time to time.
Real Estate Loan Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
Real Estate Loan Documents means the loan agreement(s) by and between CDE Lender and QALICB, and all other agreements, instruments and documents related to the Real Estate Loan and approved by PDC, including, without limitation, the promissory note(s) made by QALICB payable to CDE Lender, and the trust deed(s) given by QALICB in favor of CDE Lender.
Real Estate Loan Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Real Estate Loan Documents means that certain Amended and Restated Loan Agreement dated as of December , 2004, as amended, among Sky Holdings AZ LLC, Terrace Holdings AZ LLC, Ensign Highland LLC and Valley Health Holdings LLC, as mortgage borrowers, and Lender, as lender, and all instruments and documents executed in connection with such loan made pursuant thereto, as such documents and instruments may be amended from time to time.
Real Estate Loan Documents means, collectively, the Real Estate Loan Agreement, the Real Estate Mortgage and the Real Estate Note, together with any other documents which evidence or secure the Real Estate Loan.
