Real Estate Loan Documents definition

Real Estate Loan Documents means the promissory note, loan agreement, trust deed, financing statement and any other documents required by PDC to evidence the Real Estate Loan.

Real Estate Loan Documents means the Real Estate Loan Agreement, and any other agreement, document, promissory note, financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Real Estate Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Real Estate Debt, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Real Estate Loan Documents means the Real Estate Loan Agreement and all instruments and documents executed in connection with such loan made pursuant thereto, as such documents and instruments may be amended, supplemented, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

Examples of Real Estate Loan Documents in a sentence

• The Lenders shall have received such documents as the Lenders may reasonably request evidencing the amendment of all applicable Comerica Real Estate Loan Documents to permit the incurrence of the Obligations and the creation of Liens pursuant to the Loan Documents, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders.

• The JV Entity shall have executed and delivered to the MPT Parties and their Affiliates a certain Guaranty substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F, which secures the respective liabilities and obligations of each of the Xxxxxx Health Parties under the Real Property Master Sublease Agreement, the Real Estate Loan Documents, the Acquisition Promissory Note, and the other Transaction Documents (the “JV Entity Guaranty”).

• The EHI Subsidiaries shall have executed and delivered to the MPT Parties and their Affiliates a Security Agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit H, which secures the respective liabilities and obligations of each of the Xxxxxx Health Parties under the Real Property Master Sublease Agreement, the Real Estate Loan Documents, the Acquisition Promissory Note, and the other Transaction Documents (the “Security Agreement”).

More Definitions of Real Estate Loan Documents

Real Estate Loan Documents means the loan agreement(s) by and between CDE Lender and QALICB, and all other agreements, instruments and documents related to the Real Estate Loan and approved by PDC, including, without limitation, the promissory note(s) made by QALICB payable to CDE Lender, and the trust deed(s) given by QALICB in favor of CDE Lender.

Real Estate Loan Documents means the Developer Promissory Note, Developer Trust Deed, loan agreement, financing statement and any other documents, as approved by PDC, and executed by Marco CDE and Developer in relation to or securing the Real Estate Loan.

Real Estate Loan Documents means and includes the Loan Agreement of even date herewith by and between GE Capital, Apio, Apio Cooling, GreenLine Foods, Inc., and GreenLine South Carolina Properties, LLC, together with all documents, instruments and agreements related thereto.
