Real Estate Security definition

Real Estate Security means any security of a company that derives at least 50% of its revenues from the ownership, construction, financing, management or sale of commercial, industrial or residential real estate, or has at least 50% of its assets in such real estate.

Real Estate Security shall include (a) those leasehold mortgages requested by Lender to be granted by Borrowers; (b) the mortgage liens on the Real Property and interests of Borrowers described in Schedule 5.1(e) hereto (the "Mortgages"), (c) the mortgage notes described on Schedule 5.1(e) hereto to be pledged to Lender and (d) liens and security interests in favor of Lender on all other Real Property of Borrowers or NSC, all on the terms and subject to the provisions contained herein and in the other applicable Financing Agreements.
