Real Estate Seller definition

Real Estate Seller or “Real Estate Sellers” has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Real Estate Seller refer to the person contracting for services covered by this Contract identified on the Company’s invoice executed by you (the “Invoice”) describing the real property (the “Property”), duration of this Contract, and amount owed by you in consideration for our agreement to provide the services.
Real Estate Seller means AquaBounty Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Affiliate of the Seller.

Real Estate Seller s Credit” means Financial Indebtedness incurred by a Group Company as a result of seller credits granted by the seller(s) as settlement for parts of the consideration payable by a Group Company for its acquisition of real estate assets (including shares in companies directly or indirectly owning such assets.

Related to Real Estate Seller

  • Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.

  • Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.

  • Owned Real Estate means all land, together with all buildings, structures, fixtures, and improvements located thereon and all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances relating thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Leased Real Estate means all real property that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries leases, subleases or otherwise uses or occupies, or has the right to use or occupy, pursuant to a Lease.

  • CLO Asset Manager means, with respect to any Securitization Vehicle that is a CLO, the entity that is responsible for managing or administering the underlying assets of such Securitization Vehicle or, if applicable, the assets of any Intervening Trust Vehicle (including, without limitation, the right to exercise any consent and control rights available to the Directing Holder).
