Realized Profit definition

Realized Profit means the actual profits earned, if any, from closing some or all of your open Trades.
Realized Profit means, in respect of each Transaction for which the Settlement Value may be determined under this Agreement, any positive amount resulting from the calculation thereof which has been credited to the Margin Account, and Realized Loss means any negative amount resulting from such calculation which has been debited to the Margin Account.
Realized Profit has the meaning given such term in Section 1.1 hereof.

Realized Profit shall have the meaning given in Condition 8.1 “Repayment Amount” shall have the meaning given in Condition 9.3. “Regulatory Event” shall have the meaning given in Condition 9.2. “Reserved Matter Modification” has the meaning given in Condition 14(a). “Reserved Matter” has the meaning given in Condition 14(a).
Realized Profit means the actual profits earned, if any, from closing some or all of your open Trades. (ff) “Sanctioned Regime” means those targeted foreign countries in respect of which OFAC administers and enforces economic and trade sanctions based on Seychelles foreign policy and national security goals.
Realized Profit means a profit or positive amount of funds that comes from a completed trade (i.e. a trade that has been closed or expired). Realized profit is usually already deposited into the Client’s trading Account and can be withdrawn from their trading Account to their bank account. Regulated Market means a multilateral system operated and/or managed by a market operator, which brings together or facilitates the bringing together of multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial instruments. Risk Notice means the General Risk Disclosure Notice provided at Schedule 1. It is the notice we are obliged to give, in accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations, to Clients in relation to the risks associated with the Products and Services provided under this Agreement. Securities mean securities as per the Mauritius Securities Act 2005, as amended and these include: Services mean the brokerage services provided for by the Company to the Client in accordance with these Terms such as execution of Securities transactions on behalf of clients by executing trade orders. Slippage means that the specific price requested by a client is not available when an order is presented for execution so the order is executed as close as practical to the client’s requested price which may lead to Positive Slippage (the order is executed at a higher price than the price indicated in the order) or Negative Slippage (the order is executed at a lower price than the price indicated in the order) . Spread means the difference between the lower and higher figures of a quoted two-way price for a Transaction. Stop Loss Order means an instruction to deal in a particular Market if our price in that Market becomes less favourable to you. These orders are commonly used to provide some risk management but are not guaranteed. Trade or Trades means an Order to be placed by the Client with the Company. Transaction/s mean/s any transaction subject to these Terms for the trading of Securities.
