Receipt of Invoice definition

Receipt of Invoice means either (a) the date on which a proper invoice is received by the designated payment department, or (b) the date on which the Corporation receives the purchased goods, property or services covered by the proper invoice, whichever is later.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Notice of Exercise means a notice in writing addressed to the Company at its address first recited, which notice shall specify therein the number of Optioned Shares in respect of which the Option is being exercised;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Firm Order shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.

  • Invoices means Consumption Invoices, Reconciliation Invoices or invoices in respect of any other Charges due to us from you pursuant to this Supply Contract;

  • Expedited Deliverability Study means a deliverability study that an eligible Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S) that may determine the extent to which an existing or proposed facility satisfies the NYISO Deliverability Interconnection Standard at its requested CRIS level without the need for System Deliverability Upgrades. The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.

  • Out-of-service order means a temporary prohibition against driving a commercial motor vehicle.

  • Sublicensing Revenue means all (i) cash, (ii) sublicensing fees and (iii) all other payments and the cash equivalent thereof, which are paid to LICENSEE by the Sublicensees of its rights hereunder, but excluding the following payments:

  • RMA means the Resource Management Act 1991;

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Notice of Disagreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Firm Order Confirmation or "FOC" means the notice Qwest provides to CLEC to confirm that CLEC's Local Service Order (LSR) has been received and has been successfully processed. The FOC confirms the schedule of dates committed to by Qwest for the Provisioning of the service requested.

  • Cost of attendance means an estimate of the student’s educational expenses for the period of enrollment and includes tuition and fees, room and board, books, supplies, transportation, loan fees, and if applicable, dependant care and costs related to disability.

  • Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:

  • Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.

  • Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;
