Receipts Collection Fee definition

Receipts Collection Fee means a surcharge charged by Lender to the Borrower on a monthly basis, and shall be in an amount calculated by Lender such that, when added together with any monthly interest paid by Borrower hereunder, the aggregate amount of the monthly interest and the monthly Receipts Collection Fee shall not exceed 1.5% of the then outstanding principal balance of all Loans hereunder, per month.
Receipts Collection Fee means a surcharge of 0.00% of all Receipts deposited into the Lock Box Account.
Receipts Collection Fee means a surcharge of one and twenty one-hundredths of one percent (1.20%) of all Receipts deposited into the Lock Box Account, provided, however, that if the aggregate amount of the Receipts deposited into the Lock Box Account exceeds the then applicable Revolving Loan Commitment, the surcharge shall be not assessed on the Receipts in excess of the Revolving Loan Commitment.

  • The Receipts Collection Fee and accrued and unpaid interest on the unpaid principal balance of all Revolving Loans outstanding from time to time shall be payable on a weekly basis on the weekly anniversary date of the Closing Date, or such other date as Lender and Borrowers may agree upon, commencing on the first such date to occur after the date hereof and on the Revolving Loan Maturity Date (each a “Payment Date”).

The Administration Fee includes items such as the preparation of this Lease Contract and related Documents, setting up your account ledger and other time, costs and expenses associated with the processing of this Lease Contract. The Administration Fee will be refunded to you ONLY if: i) an Exclusive Bed Space cannot be leased to you, ii) your Application is not approved by Owner, or iii) you withdraw your Application within 72 hours after signing the Application (pursuant to the terms of the Application). Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Costs of Collection Includes, without limitation, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by any Agent’s attorneys, and all reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by any Agent in the administration of the Liabilities and/or the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, reasonable costs and expenses associated with travel on behalf of any Agent, where such costs and expenses are directly or indirectly related to or in respect of any Agent’s: administration and management of the Liabilities; negotiation, documentation, and amendment of any Loan Document; or efforts to preserve, protect, collect, or enforce the Collateral, the Liabilities, and/or the Agents’ Rights and Remedies and/or any of the rights and remedies of any Agent against or in respect of any guarantor or other person liable in respect of the Liabilities (whether or not suit is instituted in connection with such efforts). “Costs of Collection” also includes the reasonable fees and expenses of Lenders’ Special Counsel. The Costs of Collection are Liabilities, and at the Administrative Agent’s option may bear interest at the then effective Base Margin Rate.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.

  • Agent Account means such account of the Administrative Agent in New York, New York as is designated in writing from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and the Lenders for such purpose.
