Receiving Time definition

Receiving Time means the period of operation of the Facility during which the Facility shall be open and available for the receipt and delivery of Acceptable Waste by or on behalf of the Jurisdictions which shall be open (a) Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Eastern Time), other than Holidays; (b) Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to noon (Eastern Time), other than Holidays; (c) on holidays (other than Holidays) from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Time),
Receiving Time has the meaning specified in subsection 8.2(A).

Receiving Time means between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, during which deliveries of Acceptable Waste will be normally accepted at the Facility excluding, however, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and July 4th. Such hours may be adjusted by written mutual agreement of the parties or as otherwise expressly provided herein.
